INTELLA EDUCATION REFUND & RETURNS POLICY :

1. For training programs offered on INTELLA EDUCATION , a user may request a refund up to 15 days before the start of the training . The Registration charges will not be refunded ,If there is a balance amount it shall be refunded. Registration Fee of the training fee amount paid by the user will be deducted from the total training fee the user has paid and the remaining will be refunded with-in 15 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) of refund request being received. However, once the user has made the payment and has attended a single Classroom session or has accessed the training content, no refund would be permitted. If a user has to initiate a refund request because the training has been withdrawn by INTELLA EDUCATION, he/she will be entitled to select any other course as per his/her choice or a 100% refund with-in 15 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) of training program being withdrawn.

2. Not with-standing this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on individual product & service page, and/or as agreed with a user before/during/after the transaction, will over ride the terms and conditions mentioned here in case of a conflict.

3. We may make changes to our products & services, and associated terms & conditions (including terms and conditions on refund and cancellation), from time to time. A user is advised to refer to our latest terms and conditions on this page and associated product/service specific terms and conditions page before making a purchase.
